CLUBpos
has extensive booking capabilities for facilities. Flexible set up enables you to
configure your facilities to use the easy to use graphical box based booking
time lines displayed on the screen. 
Many
options are available to cater for the wide range of facilities available. Multi
purpose facilities may have up to 12 different areas and 12 different
facilities may be displayed at the same time.
This
provides a maximum of 96 items that can be inquired upon as to their
availability at a certain
time in a single glance. This may provide a
solution to a
tennis centre with 96 courts but in practice, fewer segments are
required.
The
system will enable you to display 8 different stadiums at once, each with
a different number of segments
and the availability of each segment. 
Permanent
bookings, multiple bookings, opening closed hours, public holidays, cleaning
hours are all easily scheduled.
